"Hotel room was clean and the area was quiet and safe......not too far from the main attractions.......about 1.5 miles away from the action (walking distance for us) i.e. Broadway and 4th Ave. The price was reasonable for the one night stay Sunday to Monday. "We had two issues, the first being with the air conditioner in our our room. The maintenance people came up and took care of it in a short amount of time. It seemed to work just fine afterwards but was about a 20 minute visit with us. Secondly, the strict adherence to the 4:00 check in I thought to be a bit ridiculous. We arrived at around 1:30 and I understood at that point as we were two and a half hours early. But, when we returned at 3:45 they would still not check us in until the remaining...

"This hotel was a reasonable price for booking hotel at the last minute. Was definitely walkable to a few bars and restaurants in the area and we walked to downtown one night took about 25 minutes. The room was good didn't hear much noise from other guests. Only complaint was the bathroom shower was hard to regulate the temperature went from either super cold to scalding hot. Took quite a few minutes to figure out how to get it more neutral."

"Our overall experience was great. All the employees were very friendly. We like the location very close to music row and relatively close to downtown. The fee hot breakfast was a great start to the day. The parking was a bit pricey. Hot water was the biggest issue. We were on the 7th floor so I don’t know if that was the problem or not. When we had only the hot water on it just warm enough for a shower. If you took a shower a little later in the morning you ended up with a slightly warm shower....
