This property was in a great location. It was a short walk Broadway so we didn't have to find parking and mess with all that. The employees were very nice and helpful and the building was very clean well kept. I plan on going back. I The parking garage is a little tight. If you drive a large vehicle be careful. I rented a small SUV and had no problems getting in and out of the garage.

What could have been an excellent stay was marred by the garage parking experience. The entry/exit drill was difficult to master and I’m considered well-equipped in tech savvy. Nearly missed a flight because of the exit drill!

Alicia made our check in fantastic. She was friendly and funny and took excellent care of our needs. The other gentleman at the front desk was also awesome in helping us. They both went above and beyond in making us feel welcome and taken care of. The property is great as well...super location, beautiful view and nice room and amenities. I will stay here every time I come to downtown Nashville in the future.

The location is great. The heating system is not good. Our room was cold in the kitchen/living area even though we turned the thermostat to 80 degrees and the heating system ran constantly. The water pressure was very low. The fire alarms were being tested. Communication regarding these tests were inadequate and confusing.

Perfect location! Parking was a little tricky. Upper floor so view was really nice! Space was spotless, rug under bed needs repair/replace-def a trip hazard-and couch…more like a loveseat…is super small. Had all the amenities. Front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. Will be back!

The first room had no blinds on the windows to shut out the flashing night lights of Nashville. At first they told us there were no other rooms and gave us one sleeping mask. After we got settled in, they called us with another room. This one had blinds, but the tradeoff was that it was on a lower floor, subject to loud street noise all night...and a construction crew that started at 7am.
