It is ONLY right to start with the staff... There is not a single person who works at this hotel, from the bellmen to the concierge to the front desk to the cleaners to the repairmen, who are not EXCELLENT at what they do. Service and responsiveness from EVRYONE was outstanding. We had physical maintenance issues (bathtubs) that required us to move rooms twice over the course of a 3 night stay, which was inconvenient of course, but that was NOT the fault of anyone we came into contact with who worked for the Conrad, and they did EVERYTHING imaginable to make things as right as they could. Every guest staying at this hotel is made to feel like a VIP. It is what everyone should think of when they think 5-star.

Austin the manger was top notch! He made our stay during thanksgiving even better than we could have imagined his hospitality was unmatched. Nice central location, very short uber ride to everywhere. Property was very nice, and clean. Our shower was unfortunately broken (realized after 1st night) and they were quick to fix it.

Simply beautiful property. Room was clean and very well appointed. A lot of well laid out storage. Staff were unbelievable- friendly, accommodating. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here again.

Room got hot no matter what the thermostat was set to, and didn't appreciate the desk calling at 11pm waking my family up to ask if we left a phone in a Uber..... other than that it was very nice
