"The whole check in process was amazing!!!stress free, easy and quick. We ran into a lil snafu booking through expedia not informing us of all our responsibilities while accepting our reservation online, but Keesha and Derrick were absolutely amazing!!!!! They remedied our issue quietly, quickly and so very professionally. I am grateful for their awesome hospitality. Everything about this hotel was clean, quiet, welcoming and comfortable. On a side note, their showers are amazing, lol. If you ever stay here please shout out to Keesha and Derrick and I hope this hotel knows how lucky they are to have them. Thanks for a great stay!!!! "Staff was amazing "

"Really nice hotel. Location right across the street from Vanderbilt. 30 minute walk to Broadway. Restaurant was good in the hotel. Gym was better than 90% of hotel gyms. Service was great. If you want to stay out of the core, this is a great option. "

"Staff made all the world of differences. We were able to overlook the dirty elevator cab and thresholds, the musty smell in the hotel room because the staff were so professional and seemed to really enjoy what they were doing. It really meant something to us that staff were attentive,"
