Rude Staff ,Non Friendly, Non Welcoming!! Stayed here for the convenience to the Stadium but next time definitely will be staying downtown!! Parking was a Nightmare & on our arrival back to the hotel one night there wasn’t enough parking spots so we had to park further away from the Lobby Entrance and there was a Police Officer in the parking lot because of A Shooting in the parking lot

I got double charged for the room I booked. And the front staff and manager wasnt nice about it. I’ve never had an issue using my debit card but learned my lesson. All other staff was friendly.
