The hotel location and views were astounding! The service was impeccable. The amenities and staff were of the utmost tier of caliber. The artistic and musical history displays ushered my enthusiasm to want more and the city of Nashville did not disappoint! The walk ability was fabulous as we were able to take a relatively short walk across the Korean Veterans bridge to Nissan stadium to see the last NFL game of the season at the same time looking over the magnificent Nashville skyline! It was all amazing and I can not wait for spring to experience Nashville during the blooming season. My wife said it’s one of her new favorite places and one of the best birthday gifts she’s received! Thank you Omni and staff for making it such a memorable occasion!

Overall the property was average. We did spa treatments which were again, average at best. Our room was dusty and there were old cupcakes in the ice bucket when we went to get ice for drinks. Housekeeping could be much better. For the price of the stay, we expected better. The location was great and an easy walk to Broadway and Printers Alley. We will stay at a different hotel on our next visit to Nashville.
