The gentleman at the front desk really made my first visit special. It was raining when I arrived and he went above and beyond helping me with my bags and checking me in. He also gave me a voucher for the restaurant. I bye I missed him upon departure to tip him. The hotel decor was beautiful and very top tier. I really enjoy the food and how nice my room was. I look forward to visiting again :)

The room phone wasn’t working so I had to order room service at the front desk. Bathroom door wasn’t able to close. 75-100 boxes of TVs were in the hallway and were hard to maneuver around. For the money we paid for the room, I expected a much better experience

It was almost midnight when a man was banging on my daughters patio door. They screamed when they saw him. Luckily, my husband and I were next door with our adjoining door open to their room. We heard the commotion and my husband right away went to the patio to see who was banging on their patio door. A big guy was standing there asking to be let in. My husband told him to go to the lobby. This was around midnight! We were all shooked up. I was worried that the guy might come back for our girls. Right away I called the lobby to change rooms to an upper floor. Lucy, the front desk person placed us on the main floor level. My adrenaline was pumping so much that I couldn't sleep all night. I was worried that the same guy would try to find my girls and break into their room. I did not feel safe! Also, as a 4 star hotel I expected the rooms to be very clean. The mattress cover had small blood stains along with a bunch of short hairs. One of their bed lights and phone didn't work and their refrigerator was not working, registering at 60 degrees. I also accidentally left my coat behind. I called the front desk. The receptionist found my coat left behind, took my name and address to mail the coat back. It's been 30 days and i haven’t received it. I called twice to see what the status was and each time the front desk mentioned that someone would call me back. No one has called. My rating was based on quality and safety.

The shower never got hot. Just warm. Didn't like how loud the doors were when they shut. Staff was very accommodating when i needed to swap feather pillows out. Would have been nice to have had a mix of pillows so we wouldn't need to ask or wait for replacements. All staff were helpful and friendly. Will stay here our next visit.
