"The amenities were so numerous and great quality. The housekeeping staff was very helpful and kind. The technology utilized enhanced the stay instead of confusing and detracting like it sometimes does if not fully tested. (elevator systems for safety, running every need/request and information through the TV, and the lighting systems and use of all from the app) The bathroom layout was awesome and helpful and the view from the huge room windows was worth the price x10."

"Initial reaction during check in wasn't the best because pregnant staff member wasn't very welcoming. She spoke very low and was short in her words. Later during my stay, I did have an issue with plumbing in our room. Staff was great about moving us to another room because issue kept happening. I appreciated that and would stay with them again in the future due to location of subway, food options and shopping nearby. "

"Excellent location for theatre and garment areas. Nice staff. Upscale property and good variety of restaurants. Only unfortunate thing is they don’t have food-related room service, you have to order and pick up separately from the downstairs restaurant. "
