"The property was very clean and accommodating. We booked for two queen beds for both nights and did pre pay for the stay, but we did get in quite late (4 AM) only to find they rented our room, but they did give us a rollaway cot and we made it work, then on the 2nd night they did put us in a 2 queen room, as we had 2 additional guest, so it was needed Staff was very friendly and helpful It was my fault for not calling to say we were still coming, just a lot later than we thought "

We did not appreciate the shuttle waiting an extra 10 minutes for an airline pilot to show up. He finally arrived and was clearly unconcerned that he had caused a van full of passengers to wait. Is this a common occurrence? The front desk clerk had difficulty understanding that we had reserved two identical rooms."
