We were there to attend the Comic Convention and knew that the area would be extremely busy with PBR also happening in the Rupp Arena. One of the elevators stopped working on Friday and was not serviced during the remainder of our visit. This made check out on Sunday extremely complicated and difficult with so many people trying to pack up and get out and one elevator down. But other than...
