"Staff was excellent - room was clean. This hotel is a few years old now and amenities are nice but not over the top. The bathroom door didn’t consistently latch or lock for example - but the pool was clean and warm, and breakfast was excellent."

"A well maintained and managed hotel. Reception was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean even the stairwells smelled pleasant and were clean upon checking in early evening. The pool was clean and heated. My granddaughter & family enjoyed our visit. The complimentary breakfast was a pleasant surprise."

"We were there for our 50th wedding anniversary with our family. We had 4 rooms which were nice. There were lots of Christmas activities going on. Our dinner at the West Baden resort was wonderful. Both hotels are very nice, but I would recommend the French Lick Hotel if you have kids along."

"I like that the hotel was located across the street from a gas station, walking distance of 2 restaurants, and very close to a shopping area. The only bad thing that happened was that for the 2 days we were there was both ice machines were broken. "
