Our stay was delightful! The hotel is so adorable and the staff was lovely! The manager Jeff at the valet desk and the whole staff was so impressive! The weather was terrible and we never had an issue with getting our car promptly and warmed up with all the snow removed for us!

Despite the freezing temperatures outside, the room was very comfortable. I actually had to keep the A/C on at night. 6th floor bar was really good and the staff was always helpful. You definitely want to try the Cuban place across the street!
