"This hotel is very conveniently located on Banyan Drive in Hilo. Staff was friendly. WSW Steakhouse had amazing food and staff and is right onsite. There is also a more casual restaurant that had friendly staff and a smaller menu. Beautiful location but loud locals out until late at night blasting music was kind of a downer. Hotel is a bit rundown but overall a good value for the price and the location."

"It lived up to the name Luxury Condominium Resort. Our suite was large, well equipped, quiet with partial ocean views and morning sun on the lanai. Housekeeping was excellent. The pools and property were very clean and well maintained. The outdoor amenities and on-site equipment rentals made it very convenient. The quiet pool set slightly away from the family pool was great We’ll definitely be coming back!"
