"Fabulous location in downtown. Staff is so courteous and nice it was a pleasure. Incredible view to the river. Very comfortable bed and linens and the best pillows I had in a long time. Loved the free filtered water. Definitely will be back."

"Every thing was lovely we were well taken care of strawberries and Champaign for anniversary. Quite polite staff for most part. Check in lady not very nice and checking out lady not very nice. Sheets on bed were filthy and room cleaner refused to give clean sheets our whole stay. I had to use top sheet as a sheet."
