"Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The prices per night was reasonable. This hotel is in a really good location in central Manchester - a 8 to 10-minute walk to Arndale and 10 to 15-minute walk to Piccadilly Station. Definitely recommend"

"Only dissapointing thing at this hotel is the fact that you have no tea/coffee making facilities in your room. If you want a hot drink, downstairs to reception you go. And it's not gratis. £2 a cup, each time. Seems to be a trend in these "hub" style city hotels which cater more towards the business guest. "

"The location was perfect. It was convenient to the train station, buses, subway and HOHO. The ‘bar’ was actually a restaurant that offered delicious meals. The room was super quiet and window shades did an excellent job of keeping out city lights. On the downside, the toilet area was small and there was a shortage of waist-level storage for luggage."
