"Everything was great except we ordered food at the hotels restaurant but they did not complete the entire order. I returned to ask them to complete it and the chef said he would bring the food to the room but they never did"

"Nice room, nice size for Copenhagen. Comfortable bed and a nice door that opened to the outside to let in fresh air. Bathroom was a bit weird with its smoked glass door that keeps opening and blocking the entrance door, as well as the tub that you have to pull yourself into as it is elevated and very narrow which made it difficult to shower. Room was very clean. Breakfast was fine, but much less gf options than we've had at other hotels in the city which was disappointing. It was nice that you have to reserve your time so it wasn't too crowded. Sushi restaurant in the building is nice but very expensive. And no real view so not a sky or rooftop really. The pool was lovely but packed, as was the sauna. Nice big gym. "
