"Excellent stay in city centre Glasgow. The view from our room on the 11th floor was great! It might be nice to have a small nightlight in the very dark interior bathroom, but the room and bathroom were clean and lovely. "

The Asian girl at the front desk. So aggressive and unpleasant. Really spoils the hotel. All the other staff are wonderful and kind. Both in the bar and in the dining room and in cleaning"

"Low cost hotel stay but everything you need for a weekend break. Room was small for two people, but we were not in the room for very long so not a problem. The lack of wardrobe was a little annoying. But the bed was really really comfy. And the shower was great and powerful. Absolutely great location, right next to the station to get around. And plenty of places to walk to. I would 100 percent recommend for a mini break as long as you do not expect to be relaxing for hours in your room. "
