"I expected a bigger room - junior suite seems to imply more room. It was clean and comfortable. I expected fancier furnishings too. The room's decor was simple yet tasteful. They were dedicated to eco-friendly practices which is laudable. The bed was king-sized and worthy of junior suite status. There were robes and slippers for use and miniature L'occitane shampoo and lotion in the bathroom. I had an incredible first-time trip to London and this hotel was meant to be a splurge for me."

"Room was quite tiny (on the 7th floor) but it was clean and comfortable, just a bit small. I have stayed at this hotel previously and been allocated a much larger room. Breakfast was good, they were very efficient at filling up the dishes on the buffet. Staff were polite and the hotel overall was clean and tidy."

"Great hotel at a great location. Public transportation is literally in front of the hotel. Most attractions such as Londan eye, Shrek for kids, river tours , etc etc etc just around the hotel. The rooms are very clean. The stuff is so polite and helpful with everything. To be honest with you , they don’t have the word “no” or verb “can’t “ in their dictionary, I guess. Breakfast is incredibly fulfilling and delicious. Recommend to get the breakfast deal. With 2 little kids, we had everything that we needed at the hotel and in the room. "
