"Had a one night stay following a trip to Hobbiton movie set. Stayed in chalet Frodo which is only a 10-15 min drive from Hobbiton.The chalet is very clean and well appointed. While quite compact it had everything the two of us required for an overnight stay. We had dinner at Osteria restaurant in the main centre which is only a 3 min drive away. Thoroughly recommend Osteria for quality of food, portion size , atmosphere and price"

"Was so Perfect for my family. Place is big and new nice furnishings with modern kitchen. Modern interior. Perfect place for a relaxed stay. Outdoors need a wee bit of love. Grass was tall to walk on. nothing major..we loved your house and will stay again if needed."

"Lovely home with a great big yard. Plently of space. Only downfall for me was the couches, i work alot so really like to relax back at the end of a busy day"

"Our stay in Rotorua was great! The house had nearly everything we needed (just couldn’t find the rubbish bags) to make us comfortable. We all agreed the house was comfortable, especially the beds! A really great stocked kitchen made it easy to have meals in. Our boys loved the pool table, extra tv room and had fun in the pool. Thanks for making our NZ trip great!"

"What a lovely place and such awesome hosts! Aside from the house ventilation being a bit noisy and firm (but still comfortable enough) beds, these were quite minor considering the price range for such a lovely space. We are very grateful, and we are looking forward to our next visit - thank you so much Marg and Des!"

"Our group enjoyed a comfortable stay. We had 2 families staying and the house was great for what we needed. Host was excellent to communicate with. We had a small issue with the shower but the host was very responsive and available for anything we needed."

"Nesuto St Martins Apartment Hotel offers a convenient stay in Auckland, with easy access to the city's top attractions. The rooms are clean but show their age—worn furnishings like a tired couch detract from the overall experience. The biggest drawback is the parking, which is more challenging than a game of Tetris, with extremely limited availability. Despite this, the location makes up for it, providing a solid base for exploring the city. A decent stay, but some upgrades and better parking...
