"The property was great, breakfast option while basic was sufficient. The rooms while the usual Japanese small were modern and cleaned daily. I found the staff very unhelpful. We wanted to forward our bags to our next destination and after asking on 3 occasions and being told it would be a delay of 1 week I called the luggage company directly who confirmed my suspicions. "Great hotel for costuming universal studios with a family. We stayed in the under water themed rooms overlooking universal walk and the park. Staff were very friendly with fantastic English. They had our bags waiting for us in the room and helped us ship them to the next hotel upon checkout. The staff had stickers for the kids, the cutest peanuts toothbrushes/kid sized slippers/teddy pjs in the lobby, plus animal sponges in the room. Such lovely touches! Location is stellar, next to the train...

"The room we chose for this part of our stay was huge in relation to normal Japanese hotel rooms. We were able to comfortably lay out our 4 suitcases to help pack our purchases for our journey home. This room even had a sitting area where you could relax. (Actually, this review is for the latter part of our stay, not for this part when we had a smaller room). The staff is friendly, professional and polite. They have amenities (toothbrush, washcloth, face lotions, etc. in the lobby to help...
