"I enjoyed my stay here. A short ways from town, a quiet location and clean accommodations. I believe that most all listings in the travel apps need much improvement on ease of actual property locations. Pictures of key locks and location of actual unit need to be posted more clearly. Possibly an information letter to greet guests with community information. Contact information, etc. Overall, this unit was very nice!"

"O imóvel fica numa parte da praia que não fica tão cheia e tem salva vidas. Boa para caminhar e nadar. Vi muitos pets felizes curtindo a praia e nada de sujeira deles. Infelizmente virou hábito dr alguns levar caixas de som grandes para praia. O estacionamento do prédio é otimo, a área de churrasqueira é bem bacana e a area de ducha excelente tb. "The location of the complex was ideal, far enough away to not hear the noise of the town but close enough to walk to town and the beach. Vacasa was responsive when our refrigerator/freezer went out. The condo unit is older and the linens are old. Definitely need new bed linens. Supplies were very minimal. We met the owners and other neighbors and enjoyed our interactions with them. Nice people! In general, the condo is fine, just lower your expectations a bit. "

"Our family enjoyed staying at this condo. Waking up to the view was everything! It was near lots of water activities and about 10 minutes away from Playa del Coco where you could shop from local vendors. Quiet area."

"Maria was very responsive and easy to work with. The condo has great views and plenty of room. Beds are comfortable and AC can cool it down in the evening. Close to the beach but there is a good hill to climb on the way back up. Easy to walk to restaurants in town via the beach if interested. Guards at the property are awesome but don't speak much english so bring a Spanish speaker if possibe. Nice and quiet as well with posted quiet hours. We'll be back."
