"We are experienced travelers, and this property gets an A++! Our family has NOTHING to complain about; absolutely wonderful experience. Great room, great property, wonderful location adjoining beach. Two fantastic huge pools. Food was amazing… gained weight on trip. Miguel at check in, Geo from tour company, the Chef, the wait and bar staff (to include the college interns), even taxi service all did an amazing job! Thanks so much! Our highest recommendation, will definitely stay here again when coming to Costa Rica - this place is a hidden gem!!"

"We absolutely loved our stay! The lobby was very far from our room and required transportation to reach, and with such a short stay, we didn't get back there for our VIP benefit. In my opinion, they should have had it ready for us when we arrived so we wouldn't have to chase them for it."

"Great spot for a family vacation in Tamarindo. Good location, close to town, about 15 minute walk, but secluded from night life and noise. Staff were super friendly. We love playing beach volleyball in the evenings with the entertainment crew. "

"We had a great week at Riu Palace. We enjoyed the pools, andvthe beach as well. The Lounge 24 and Cappucinos were hidden gems, nice spots for some peaceful relaxation. The staff were all friendly, attentive and professional at all times. Even the merchants selling their goods on the beach were respectful, not pushy at all. I would definitely recommend this resort as a go to destination."
