"Nice spot on the beach for our family of 6. Gated security was excellent, property was in good condition for a beachfront location with some years on it. Not the property owner’s fault at all, but it is next to a construction site that begins work at 6am - not ideal for kids that need to sleep. Overall, 4/5."

"This place was beyond beautiful and the balcony is very private. Great beach right in front and walkable to good restaurants. We even saw turtle tracks in the sand in front of the condo and had the most amazing sunsets! Comfortable beds and nice showers. We would definitely stay here again!"

"First time I have done with Vacasa. I learned no physical presence at check-in, led to big problems, asking for us to send out passports while we were waiting outside in 30 heat.Very poor communication five messages unanswered for over 16 hours. Overall bad experience will not do it again. Next time I will make sure they are physical check-in’s with people I can see."

"Our group stayed for 10 days, the condo is wonderful but in need of some up keep. Broken heavy difficult sliding patio doors, leaky bathroom taps, no cupboard space for groceries, mildewy grout in bathrooms. BUT the condo is in the perfect location, and the patio is wonderful with 3 ceiling fans. The pool is lovely and well maintained. You can walk for kms, the beach is amazing. The Palms has everything you could possibly need. "

"Pros: We loved the area. It was a couple min. from the beach & the beach is perfect for kids. The waves are great for boogie boarding. We enjoyed playing in the pool. Cons: The host responded to emails quickly, but the management company that oversaw the home weren't great. I was told to message the management company to set up a time for check in, but she never responded. After messaging the host, he was able to give me the info for check in. I had messaged the host double checking there...

"It was okay - neighbourhood is gross (like a lot of cities and towns in Costa Rica) it’s filthy with garbage everywhere, broken sidewalks, stray dogs, etc. not really anywhere to eat except little roadside stands. But the hotel itself was good, very clean. Okay for a night if you’re just passing through."
