"This condo was perfect for our trip. The view is amazing and the unit had AC. What more could you want? The hill to get to the condo is no joke but we liked it, kept us healthy and helped us walk off all the drinks. The pool was also lovely, had a nice view, and was never crowded."

Great view, was enough room for our family of 4, extra towels to take to the beach, only about a 5 min walk to the beach, had a washer and dryer(it was a little noisy), AC was great. "It was a great place to stay. Very close to the beach and high end finishes. Our first condo had a leak in the ceiling which was very problematic but they did change us to a new condo which was much nicer. The move was inconvenient though and they reimbursed us one day for the inconvenience."

"First of all, the dates above for our stay are incorrect. Our dates were Fe1-February 8, 2024. The Vrbo is in a very nice location in Flamingo Bay. The hallway leading to our rental was deplorable, garbage outside of garbage can; ants crawling. I failed to take a picture. The building itself looks unlivable, the pool area was not usable, filthy. "The Bougainvillea condos were safely located on the Reserva Conchal resort where we enjoyed many resort amenities, such as the beach club, Neenda restaurant, and Playa Conchal beach. The condo was clean and well-maintained with air conditioning (very important) and laundry facilities in the condo (much appreciated). The internal shuttle to the beach club was easy to call for and very efficient. Bring money in small bills (dollars ok) as you'll want to be giving some cash tips for the services....
