"If you’re looking for a place that accommodates a big group, don’t hesitate to book this house! The pictures don’t even do it justice. We were 7 adults and 2 children in mixed families and everyone had their own space/privacy due to the amazing layout of the house. The view is amazing, the location is great with a very easy walk to the beach. Thank you so much to Ilse who was such a great host! :)"

"Enjoyed the view even though it rained most of the time we were there. Loved the outside space. Seating was great, 4 rocking chairs and lounge chairs. We had visitor from cotamundi, monkeys and a variety of birds. Lots to do nearby. Loved the Mr Pelícano restaurant. Great view from all bedrooms. Nice inside common space. Would stay there again. "

"At first glance, the house is super cute. The patio and the views are stunning. I could (and did) sit on the patio for hours a day. It was clean when we checked in and the person who greeted us was great. It’s also very central to the little village (1 minute walk to restaurants and supermarket) and to Zuma tours for excursions. "This home on Playa Potrero had everything we needed for our party of 13 adults and 4 boys, ages 5 to 8 to enjoy 8 days in Costa Rica. It was perfect to just walk outside the home and be on the beach, listening to the waves roll in was so relaxing. Greg the property manager was always quick to respond to emails and text messages. "Place is as advertised. About a football field’s distance from a quiet beach (Playa Ocotal) with wonderful, warm water and lovely views. Villa is as described. All amenities necessary were provided, including plenty of towels, beach chairs, and plenty of kitchenware to cook just about anything.
