"Very safe, secure and centrally located, walking distance to restaurants, museums, theaters, shopping, etc.. No visitors allowed was the only issue I had, so sure you understand this part. Other than that, 24 hr security lets you in safely without any riff-rafts intruding"

"The Condo was comfortable, but the water in the sinks wouldn't get hot, even though the shower got hot quickly and had to be turned down low. the only other issue was with the microwave. It took us 2 days before the owner of the condo showed us how to use the microwave and even then, it didn't operate well enough to be able to control the temperature (everything had to be cooked on high), something I rarely do."

"Very clean, spacious, and modern. The private backyard is a very rare luxury in the area. Love it!"

"I would suggest that communication about location include the name of the building and the section of the city, i.e., Latitud Yoses, San Pedro, San José. That would have made my getting here MUCH easier than simply Calle 35, San José. Since Call35 is only a block and a half long, locals cannot even tell you where it is. More detail would have been much more helpful."

"Loved the very close proximity to the airport for our early morning flight. Clean, cute and comfortable. We struggled with the payment system, but that was a phone service issue on our end. Would have been easier if we could've paid in the Expedia app. The owner was very accommodating though and met us so we could pay with cash. Thank you!"

"We had a very comfortable 3 night stay in this studio apt. It is in an apt building that seems dedicated to short term stays. The front desk staff were excellent and they all spoke very good English, which was helpful for us. They made good recommendations for restaurants and were just all very pleasant. Building security waa great. The building location waa great for us as it was close enough to walk to some museums and very close to a good selection of fun restaurants. The building amenities...

"I made a reservation, and when the date came by, I contact them via text to receive check-in instructions, and they told me they did not had rooms for me. I ask for a refund, and they ghosted me. I highly suggest looking for other places"

"The neighborhood is pretty quiet, and the house is at the end of a dead-end street, so even better. The apartment is one of four in the house, and very well appointed for a few days or longer. It has everything you need to visit the city, included a washing machine. We had a rental car, which would normally park on the street, but the owner was generous and allowed us to park in the garage as no one else was using it at the time. "Stayed over night prior to a flight. Staff was excellent, swimming pool and other amenities great, three bar/restaurants on property. Didn’t use shuttle because I had to leave earlier than it started to run but Uber came quickly. Rooms are older and not much insulation for quiet but no one was loud in my wing and I slept well. Bed was comfortable and clean. Would stay again. "

Perfect stop after a long journey

"Just stayed one night after a long journey, and all was great, easy free airport shuttle (did have to ask for instructions before hand though felt they should have emailed out how to find it although once you got there it was fairly clear) good selection of snacks as we entered for tired kids. Room service was prompt and tasty, didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and well looked after. If u were also renting a car it looked super easy to sort (we weren’t) Breakfast was ok lovely touch with the valentines display though. All in all was perfect for what we needed "

"Stayed 1 night before flying out. Location is convenient to the airport, free shuttle to airport was great, breakfast was decent, pool was clean--but freezing. Rooms are small but clean. Walked to dinner nearby and felt safe. Served its purpose well. Enjoyed it overall. "
