"It was a great hotel a lot to offer but I did not realize that it was around a hospital. I drove for an hour trying to find it but I kept driving pass because it was not an actual stand alone hotel. It needs to be indicated that it is right next to the hospital so no-one else drives for an hour looking and riding past it. "

The manager on duty explained it so well - you are a new or old tower person. We loved the room, it was perfect but we are old room people! We know next time to book old room - there is no bad room, we just love the old room's charm. The service was, as always, impeccable - the turn down service is so nice. Top notch service...
