"Property was clean; Penelope was extremely nice and accomodating. 15 min walk to Bourbon St.; about the same to "downtown" Canal St. Great local restaurants also; did Fatma's Cozy Corner for breakfast, and would recommend Liuzza's by the Track for lunch. Don't feed the neighbor's cats; they like to serenade you at night in return."

"We had a great stay here. The property is well maintained and very clean. The neighborhood is quiet and clean but still close to the ferry and other attractions. The local community is pretty cool. Lots of fun places to eat and shop. My favorite part of the property was the backyard oasis. It is full of greenery and set up so well. This is a great place to stay with a small group or a family. "

"Wonderful hotel! We stayed with two of our adult children and loved it! It falls perfectly between the French Market and Bourbon street. There's so much history there. It's small, since it was built in the 1800's. If you're looking to stay in an authentic New Orleans home, this is it. If you are looking for a modern hotel, this one is not for you. We will definitely be back!"
