"Within walking distance to central Shibuya and the train station. Room cleans weren’t part of the package only fresh towels. And the bathroom was mouldy unfortunately - no silicon between bathtub and walls, grouting on walls dirty/mouldy. Rest of the room was nice. There was a balcony which we didn’t expect. "

"Nice new hotel property in a relatively quiet nearby to the national government centre offices and buildings, which is also walkable to the imperial palace and Ginza areas if you are so inclined. Decent dining options in the area and close to multiple train lines. Washrooms are small which is typical of the Japanese single unit-bath, but clean. If you require a softer pillow, just need to request from the reception desk. "

"Room is very small, and bathroom is tiny. I booked a double twin just so my husband would fit. I would only book for very short stays. Room is very clean, loved the location, the fact that they have onsite parking, and the very friendly staff. Will come again if I need to be in Tokyo for a short stay. "

"Mystays Akasaka Tokyo is a new modern hotel, was a 5 min walk to World Ocean Summit 2025 Tokyo. Convenient location, I walked to Big Camera to buy a Canada to Japan power adaptor, fantastic price $8 and found tons of restaurants and more. I would recommend the hotel and will stay there again. Oh the best was the heated toilet seats and bidet, kettle and mini fridge!"

"Location is convenient to a mall that is attached to the hotel. Offers transport from Haneda airport to hotel. Does not offer room service/food. The restaurant attached is buffet style. Walk @ .7 mile to train station"

"Hotel is across the street from famous fish market and walking distance to ginza shopping. Lots of food options and close to Tokyo station, short taxi ride. The breakfast is a nice addition to have a small bite in the morning. Second floor lounge was useful for working while on vacation while my family was still asleep "
