"I like how this property offered breakfast and a large bath jacuzzi with our stay. What I didn’t like is how there was no key for us to access our room. It felt a bit unsafe knowing we can’t leave our room unless we call the front desk to open it for us. If there was a fire I would be very concerned with getting out of our room. Also it would be nice to not have to report what time we will be coming back to our room every day of our stay."

The room is very spacious. I really wish to thank all the staff. The aircon is centralized. I understand it is due to environmental. "First, the entire staff were amazing. Professional, friendly, helpful during our entire stay. Only one real issue to make people aware of, if they decide to stay here. We had the standard room, which was fine, but the bathroom, if you have any mobility issues it might concern you. There is a one foot (12”) step up into a small bathroom, but the issue is with the bathtub. You have to lift your leg high to step over and into a deep tub, with no handrails anywhere to hold onto.
