"Everyone in the receiving area are extremely helpful, they went all the way to help us move to our preferred room the next day since it wasn't available when we checked in late. Eventhoug there's an obvious language barrier, everyone tried their very best to accommodate us. The lobby is so elegant, the rooms are clean and well appointed. Near to main road leading to town centre, with food streets, temples and past a small lake that eventually leads to Nara Deer Park. The hotel service is immaculate.
