"We really enjoyed our stay with Embassy Suites. Unfortunately, there was a bit of a hiccup and my pre-paid reservation ended up being charged again the night before my stay. The team was more than willing to help alleviate the situation and the manager refunded my card for the double charge, as soon as he got in to work. All in all, the stay was enjoyable and the team was very kind! "

"We had two issues, the first being with the air conditioner in our our room. The maintenance people came up and took care of it in a short amount of time. It seemed to work just fine afterwards but was about a 20 minute visit with us. Secondly, the strict adherence to the 4:00 check in I thought to be a bit ridiculous. We arrived at around 1:30 and I understood at that point as we were two and a half hours early. But, when we returned at 3:45 they would still not check us in until the remaining...
