Very nice building with swimming pool on the roof top, the roof top offers beautiful view of the city. The 7 eleven store located on the 4th floor is so convenient for guests. We also enjoyed the “public bath” facility on the 3rd floor, it was a good experience of local culture. "

"The place was large for our family of 4 (2 young children). I liked that there was a kitchenette and a fridge and freezer. The space was clean. The only thing about this place was the location, although there was a 7-11 close by, it is relatively far to the nearby train station. Nevertheless, we would book this place again when we return! "

"Stayed at APA Hotel & Resort Osaka Umeda-Eki Tower for 6 nights and it was a great experience. The check-in process was a little confusing as it’s 100% self check-in so it was hard to navigate the screens. Room was great with a lot of amenities provided. Cleaning up of rooms by default is once every 3 days (for guests who stayed beyond 3 days), but fresh towels will be provided daily. The hotel is near a lot of restaurants, and can be accessible by both the Tanimachi Line and Midosuji Lines (though Midosuji is a bit further). Overall, I think the hotel was a good one. However, one might want to cater an additional 5-10 minutes to wait for the elevator, which will take awhile."

"The premier King Room was spacious, was very comfortable and had a fabulous view. I did book the family room for the extra space, but due to the inclusion of bunks & a hallway there was no additional extra space, and the hotel moved us to a Premium King Room which was a better option (just my wife and myself)."
