"The staff was great! Paloma, who greeted the guests for breakfast was specifically wonderful. She was always patient, friendly and pleasant. The bar and restaurant were also great. The room was as advertised on Orbitz. Walking distance to the metro, bus, train and good restaurants. I recommend Meliá Madrid Princesa. "

Location was excellent and rooms were very comfortable and quiet at night - no disruptions whatsoever. The rooms were clean, though the bedding had some very minor stains (they’re very inconspicuous) and there was a small cockroach in one of the bathrooms (no other signs of insects though, may just be an unfortunate coincidence and not a sign of any major cleanliness issues)....
