"A nice little apartment in the best area of Madrid. The kitchenette is equipped with basic dishes and cutlery, plates, wine opener, cups, etc - everything that can be needed during a stay. The accomodation is nice and clean, they are very responsive even at Christmas! "

"The hostel is in a great location and is modern. The hostel is in the center of Madrid so there is outside noise but this is to be expected however there is also quite a bit of noise from inside including when the room nextdoor uses water which was surprisingly loud. We didn't receive the check in emails but the staff were very friendly and fast to solve these issues for us. And on one occasion our code for the door didn't work but again the staff were very helpful and resolved the issue...
