Downsides were 1)bed comfort, not comfortable at all because one could feel bed springs, 2) the one time room was cleaned (by choice), the sheets were not changed, and lastly 3) air conditioning was turned off by hotel maintenance due to weather being cold outside. "Stayed at hotel for a week because it was near the hospital. The hotel itself was excellent except for the damaged front doors which gave a first impression that the rest of the hotel would be the same."
