"Hotel was great. Check-in was quick and easy. Room and Bed were very comfortable. Parking was most difficult part for us. No nearby street parking and $45 per night for parking garage. Elevators to parking garage levels didn’t seem to be clearly marked and were confusing. "

Her name is Yulianna and she is the front desk supervisor. Upon reaching out with a simple question, she exceeded my expectations with her response and showed me that she took extreme pride in her job and responsibilities by checking in on me making sure I was OK and providing top-notch customer service.! I have a disability and she made sure to take great care of me and my concerns. She is an asset to the Hilton family and an exceptional employee. I felt like I was treated like family and all of my concerns whether small or big were responded to within within minutes and not put on the back burner. She made sure that I had everything I needed and I am very grateful for her caring for me and going above and beyond during my stay. I do hope that this review reaches the proper channels and correct managers that are above her to give her the recognition she deserves!"
