The checkin process was pretty easy. The downside was the cleanliness of the room. The fan in the shower did not work. Also you can see rust around the door frame. My child found stuff left from the previous people who stayed in the room (small toy, charger, and a cord). The complimentary buffet was decent.

Guest Service Associate known by his first name-Martin was super nice and helpful. The most patient and understanding person I’ve have ever at a hotel.
