The staff here really made us feel like we were one big family. I did have a list of names of those I've come to know while we were there (for about a month) but I lost it. Thank you guys (you all know who you are, even the people that work over at the dining area) for your kindness and generosity!

I regret booking here I have came here 2 years ago and a lot of things have changed the staff is horrible would not let me in the front door. At 5am. I called ahead of time to tell them I’m getting in early they said yes. They made me wait 2 hours with my 1 year old daughter. The room was dirty the area filled with homeless people dirty lobby dirty parking

The toilet in our room was flawed and kept on clogging up with regular use. Staff came and used a plunger to unclog it but the problem was never resolved. In addition, the dirty toilet because of clogging was not cleaned when the room was cleaned. There was no hot water in the morning and could not get ready to go to meetings because we were told to wait until staff were available to fix it. The inner layer of the shower curtain is exceedingly short to prevent water spills from the shower to the bathroom floor. I have stayed at Courtyard's before but never had such a bad experience.

No buffet breakfast. Even a simple one will be convenience for family trip with kid and 77 year old mom visiting from indonesia. $30 parking fee per night is sickening. Room door latch is broken and the technician checked and did nothing. In wall ac controller is not working. But we are simply too tired to ask for room exchange. Shower water pressure is superbly weak. The only thing that is nice that i can remember is the young man (trainee) at front desk upon checking in. Kind and helpful and polite. And the GM as I can remember his name is JJ. They both are good. The hotel is definitely one of the worse pick on marriot chain.
