Upon going to drop our bags off as it was too early for check in, they informed us our room could be accessed earlier free of charge and we received a free room upgrade. The staff were very friendly and able to help us out with anything. Room was beautiful and had everything we needed and was super clean! Hotel was close to all shopping, trans, trains, dinning and convenience stores! We will definitely be back again soon!"
