Although this is mentioned in the small print it caught out severest guests who made their feelings known to staff who handled it well. My partner and I didn't get to use the facilities as much as we had hoped, but we still had a great time, and the spa facilities were the highlight for my partner!. The only downside for me was the size of the gym, which I had hoped would have been be bigger, as everything was crammed on top of each other. Luckily, I was able to use the gym at a quiet time, but I can imagine it would be difficult to move around during peak times."
