"I was very pleased with the roomI had booked. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. A tiny drawback was limited hot water from the wash basin. However the building is an old one and there was a notice advising if the hotel was busy I may have to wait a short time for hot water so I did not mind this. A shower next morning was great. Breakfast was good too. The gentleman on Reception was excellent, informative and extremely hee Royal when I return to Bath in the future. Thank you."

"Overall excellent two night stay. Check in was quick and easy with a pleasant welcome. Room was spacious with huge 7ft bed and great facilities including a nespresso coffee machine. Even though the room overlooked the main road it wasn't an issue at all with hardly any traffic through the night. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and had breakfast both mornings and food, drink and service were all excellent, plus the restaurant itself is a lovely environmemt. "Was perfect for our one night stay. We’d booked a treat dinner in bath, at Menu Gordon Jones - highly recommend - and this spot was great for driving in and out of bath. Everything was great, didn’t have the breakfast so can’t comment. Only downside is the property is a bit noisy, can hear every footstep from upstairs and we were situation on ground floor near the ladies bathroom, so could hear the hand dryer every time I got used.
