"Great spot to stay. My room was clean and tidy and the person on reception was very efficient and friendly. The only thing I missed was shampoo, which I will take with me next time I stay. All in all a good experience. (Light sleepers might want to choose a room away from the street as rubbish removal comes early in the morning)"

"Well run and clean property with few signs of wear and tear despite high usage. Bathrooms were clean and air-circulation was good. Only the kitchen ficilities let things down slightly due to high usage (taps loose in their fittings, communal scouring pads need more frequent replacement - one microwave was inoperable). But would definitely stay again."

I had to find accommodation elsewhere after waiting in the property foyer for over an hour. I had travelled more than 5 hours to get there to not have access to a room I had paid for. Never in my life would I recommend this property to anyone and I would appreciate a refund. I am not in a very good financial situation so to be down the cost of the...
