Short walk to the beach and had dinner at one of Erica’s restaurant recommendations which was delicious. If ever in Melbourne Beach for vacation will rebook with her and her house. "We had 10 people (one extra who decided to stay rather than drive 2 hours after dark). The accommodations were superb and everyone had lots of room for everything. The weather person held up the storm, so we even got to go outside for a while. It was an important family outing because one of the Grandkids was back from Italy for a training session and we all got to hear her stories about the new Pope and pasta!?! It was fun. Would go back in a minute . . . maybe stay longer and go to the beach and fishing.Thanks Art"

It’s not a super luxury beachfront property that you’d expect to spend all day in, it’s a typical Florida home a few blocks from the beach and a great downtown area with a market, several restaurants and bars, surf shops and more."
