"My husband and our two small dogs stayed at the property for three weeks. Friends came down to join us for a few of those days. The house is spacious. The upstairs has the master with en-suite toilet, his and her closets and a double vanity as well as a fantastic view of the ocean. . The living area and kitchen were well appointed and offered fantastic views of the ocean as well. There s a half bath off the living area. The downstairs has two bedrooms, a bath and the laundry. We had plenty of space for our friends and ourselves. One of the best things for us about this home is the fenced in side yard that is tight for our dogs to safely play and potty. The property is on A1A so I was concerned about the dogs slipping leash and getting run over. The property is well screened by trees and bushes from the road but there is quite a bit of traffic sound especially in the morning. The ocean does mute the cars though. The ocean is the star of the show at this property. The owner has utilized windows and mirrors to allow you to see the water from just about everywhere you look. The deck has a comfortable seating area to sit around and chill. There were a few issues, the heat did not work for the first 10 days we were on property. When we arrived it was 58 degrees in the house. It took 2 visits by repair men and two parts to fix the issue. The microwave is broken and at times we could not lock the front door. Overall excellent place and we will consider returning. "

"Although we did not have warm weather, everything at the property was great. We were 7 people and had a great choice of rooms. We did not cook, but the hot water, dishwasher, heat and lighting all worked great. We did a family movie in the screening room, the arcade games, and enjoyed the short walk to the beach. The Harbor Island Club doesnt offer much - no restaurant, golf, tennis, or equipment rentals and we never found the fitness center, but the pool looked fine. "

"With Hurricane Milton doing damage to the west coast of Florida we had to pivot from our usual vacation spot and ended up here in Melbourne Beach. We appreciated that the house fit our family of 15 with room to spare. We also enjoyed the extra touches such as the theater room, karaoke machine, pool table and other games. My one complaint was that the kitchen supplies were very basic. I ended up going out to purchase a hand mixer. We like to cook a lot on vacation and thankfully I brought my own measuring spoons and cups, so be prepared. Also the odd numbered houses get little direct sun during the day in November. Had I known this I may have rented on the other side of the street. The community pool and hot tub were nearby and was a nice option. Overall we had a great time and would consider returning."

"We stayed here following a family wedding in the Orlando area. The place was in a great location, easy walk to the beach. The house was lovely and spacious. The few times we had to contact the hosts for maintenance, it was very prompt and courteous service, even on a holiday. Would stay here again."

"The house is perfect, everyone had their own room and bathroom. Location was perfect, short walk to the beach and inter coastal. The pool was cold, since it gets zero sun, so the heat is a must. "
