Just 6 properties from the sea and waves of pristine Melbourne Beach and two blocks to the Indian River and Town Pier. Across the street from a gourmet food market, restaurants, beach bar, and shops. PET FRIENDLY for well-behaved, clean pets. This 1st floor unit is in our duplex building.

All 4 units in this Boutique complex have been completely renovated within the last 2 years. Beautiful custom kitchens with granite or teak wood countertops, bathrooms with walk-in showers and unique tile finishes, comfortable furnishings and tasteful art round out the space. Melborne Beach Gem
Perfect location. Close to the beach and several good restaurants. The market just across the street is fabulous, with everything from an ice cream shop, to a deli and prepared meals like pasta and pizza, and fresh meats and groceries. Would stay here again.

Beachside Haven
The location was great, and the unit was the just the right size for us. The neighbor above kept us awake the first night, walking heavily, moving chairs around until the wee hours, but other than that it had everything we needed. The host was super responsive, and was able to give us an early check-in, which we appreciated. Also there's a great little market right across the street.

Excellent stay
Owner was great and allowed us to check in early. Spacious for us and our two dogs. Property was extremely clean and had all you need from linens, to full kitchen items. Location is central to Melbourne Beach with walking distance to everything, beach, restaurants, and the Melbourne Beach Market, which had great finds. Surprisingly very quiet area. Highly recommend, we will be back.

Lovely spot for two
We found the accommodations to be delightful! Great location, loved having the beach, the pier, restaurants, groceries all within an easy walk. We were happy to have booked unit 3 which is tucked in the back away from busy Ocean Avenue. The 1-bdrm unit was well appointed, very tidy and well kept. We highly recommend.

Wonderful Host
We loved our stay! Top 5 in cleanliness and comfort. The location is great, with all the Florida stuff at your fingertips. We had a minor medical issue arise and the host worked with us to extend our stay, providing exceptional peace of mind by not having to pack and move in the middle of everything. We have found our home away from home when we come down to visit the boy-child at FIT for the next four years.

Place is absolutely gorgeous. Has everything you need to stay... But of course you can see that from the pictures... But this place is in the best location... Was there to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. Walkable restaurants, beach is a blocks away.. Host was quick and fast with answers... Just overall great place to stay. I loved how close this is to the beach. Cool little bar across the street. Publix grocery store is not too far up the road. Cute and Cozy. The owner is great, even allowed us to check in a little early. Will be back, thank you.

Perfect little retreat
I loved the property and location! It was clean, quiet and conveniently located to a nice selection of restaurants all of which I found very dog friendly, the beach also is super close with nice access. There is a small grocers right across the street, and a gas station within a block. I loved the large private outdoor area that the dogs could enjoy with me. I only wish I would have had a little more time to explore everything this location has to offer. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to others. Thank you for a relaxing enjoyable stay!

Location is fantastic
Nice large one bedroom in a great location. Pictures of listing are accurate. Host was very responsive. Loved being able to walk to the beach and to the river. Market across the street. Great pizza present and a very good restaurant across the street. Enjoyed having our dog with us but the each and park by river don’t allow dogs. Other than that perfect place to stay.

We loved staying here. The location is excellent. The property has been completely updated. The beach is close. Right across the street is a market with excellent food to go. Also right across the street is dining, pizza, ice cream and a pharmacy. The place was beautiful and the bed very comfortable. The only complaints we have are that the floors should have been mopped and the tv kept disconnecting. My wife mopped the floors because our feet were black the first day. Having to login to the tv over and over got very frustrating. Minor inconveniences and overall we enjoyed our stay.
