I went to the desk regarding a security concern I had and they just shrugged their shoulders. If you're staying here, keep in mind the desk is just there to provide you towels. They do not care about you. "

Hotel was modern, clean, and served us well. Small rooms, but that’s expected - you’ll only be there for a good nights sleep after exploring the city. Would stay again."

Magna magazines were available to read in the lobby all day, unlimited drinks and coffee, and self serve vanilla ice cream. This was such a treat especially coming back to the hotel. "Nice place to stay near Shibuya. It's not as crowded as near the station and japanese traditional style inteior and bedding were lovely. Quiet neighborhood to walk nearby and convenient stores available in waking distance."
