"This is a nice all inclusive inside the Medina. The gardens were very well manicured and the cleanliness of the place shines though. All the staff are fantastic especially the poolside bartenders who are really good at their jobs. If I had to nitpick I would say that there is not a lot of choice when it comes to where to eat as there is really only the one restaurant where we are all 3 meals each day. The food does change by the meal and the theme of the night and there was not single thing I tried I did not like, overall great experience but a little variety would have gone a long way."

The design of the hotel is absolutely stunning. Every room, hallway, and courtyard feels like a piece of art. It’s easily one of the most beautifully designed places we’ve ever stayed. Our room was incredibly comfortable. Everything from the bed, always having a cold bottle of water, to the little details made it feel special and inviting. But what really made the stay unforgettable was the staff. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely caring. We didn’t feel like guests. We felt like we were coming home. What touched us most were the random acts of kindness from the staff, little surprises like complimentary desserts, free drinks, and thoughtful gestures that made us feel truly cared for. It wasn’t just hospitality, it was soulful. Every part of the experience had a touch of magic. Whether we were relaxing on the rooftop, enjoying a quiet moment in the courtyard, or just wandering through the hotel, there was a constant feeling of peace and wonder. El Fenn is more than just a hotel. It is a feeling that stayed with us long after we left. We’re already talking about when we can go back. Truly one of the best places we’ve ever stayed, and we can’t recommend it highly enough."

"The complete experience and especially the staff and service were top-notch at this Riad. The rooms, common areas and especially the rooftop terrace are fantastic and very clean and immaculate. But frankly it is the staff that made the experience so wonderful. They are so warm and welcoming and quick to help with any need- the ones you ask for and the ones you don’t even realize you need. Abdula, Mustafa and Younes in particular treated us like family and would go back just to see them again. The location is also great. Just close enough to all the blessed chaos of Marrakech but just far enough off the main soul areas that you feel relaxed and in a zen zone when you return from your adventures. "

"If I tell you how lovely it was, I'm worried it will lose its charm. Ultra-friendly and helpful staff always on hand without being intrusive. We had a beautiful room with private roof terrace, worth the extra money. The signature hammam experience was wonderful, especially the scrub and the massage - good choice of local oils. We also participated in the three hour cookery school and loved the joy and enthusiasm of the presenter and cook. Probably wouldn't recommend for small children as parents might feel a bit embarrassed if kids were noisy. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Riad Saba! Every corner of the place is beautifully designed , each lobby, terrace, and space has its own unique charm and character which we loved it so much. A special thanks to the young gentleman, Mohammed (Simo), who shared so much helpful information with us we truly appreciated his insight. Also, many thanks to Aziza, who kindly helped us book a lovely nearby Riad when Riad Saba was fully booked for our final night. If we ever return to Marrakesh, Riad Saba will be our first choice.
