"First… there is no onsite parking as advertised. We got thoroughly lost in our rental car trying to find the riad. The property host did send a porter to find us and collect our luggage. The staff at the riad were kind & hospitable. Breakfast was very good and our room was spacious. "

"I stayed here my last 2 days in Marrakesh after my family departed. I decided to have a few solo days and this was the most perfect Riad for this. It was tucked away from the busy sucks but close enough to walk. I felt safe being there as well as walking the streets around. I would absolutely recommend Les Borjs de Kasbah if you are looking for a riad in Marrakesh. The food and service was great. The director, Tom, was kind and made sure to introduce himself. "The Riad is beautiful and the people running it are lovely. Delicious home made breakfast in the beautiful terrace. Super quiet pool in the terrace as well. We hit an enormous apartment with 2 bathrooms and full of historical details. The Medina alleyways could be intimidating at the beginning, but you get totally used to it as you go along. Ask Maria to cook you dinner you can enjoy in the terrace. Great experience"

"This place is no longer in business but expedia is still offering it as a booking inthevsite. I found out about it only when I got here and had to find a new place on the spot which you can imagine was very stressful and inconvenient. Expedia has no local number to call and couldn’t find an email to reach them. Horrible experience!!!"

We got a very small and very dark room with a small window facing some back ruins while our friends got a room which was twice bigger, brighter, with a nicer bathroom and view for the same price. When we approached the front desk lady to find out if she made a mistake she offered that we pay more for an upgrade instead of paying us back for a room that we obviously overpaid for. "Nice location in the old city of Marrakech. The souks are easily accessible from the hotel. However hotel is hard to find since it is hidden in a lane. Local will guide but expect to pay a small fee. Cars must be left outside the city gate, about 400m away. Parking is not easy."
