"Lovely hotel, tastefully furnished, upgraded room to swim up which was a nice touch. Food delicious, lots of choice. As a coeliac do not trust the labelling as it wasn't always accurate. Better speaking to the head chef who was lovely. GF bread, pancakes and pasta were available on request. "The hotel is just beautiful. There are special things to discover everywhere. One of our favorites was the secret ice cream parlor in the magnificent garden. "We stayed at the Naoura for a week over half term. This is a good hotel however I struggle to accept the 5 star rating. The service was at time chaotic and confused. We had two rooms, one a nicely refurbished suite and the other a three bedroom Ryad which was looking very tired. We had a constant battle to get complimentary water, had to chase for toilet paper and to get room service plates etc removed after use.
