Registration not so great... We booked for 10 days to be paid at the end of our stay. After 3 days, we learned we needed to leave early. We gave 7 DAYS notice we were leaving 4 days early and the hotel refused to allow us to cancel those 4 days with the rationale it was high season and they didnt want to make...

"This road was fantastic and very well located with most tourist spots about a 20 minute walk. Hakim was so friendly and helpful. He even walked with me about 10 minutes when I left so that I would get the cheaper taxis. The back massage was the best I’ve had in my life and I have a massage in London once a month. It was 300 dirhams, roughly £30. I recommend staying here. "

The end of the trip we had a suite, which was exceptional. As for the staff...courteous, friendly and helpful. The location was great, just a short walk to Jemaa el-Fnaa and into the medina. Breakfast was good and the dining areas, both inside and outside, are very comfortable. I would definitely return to this...
