"The Riad itself was beautiful and the staff were incredible. They were attentive , polite, helpful and always willing to lend a hand so that your stay and Morocco experience were amazing. The location was quite good as well . About 100 meters from Bab Dhoukala which is the main entrance to the area and where your tax would drop u off . The staff will meet u at the drop off for your bags . They arranged daily excursions which were wonderful. It is a family run business with all of the perks . Only very minor issue was water pressure and hot water were sporadically not up to snuff. Otherwise I would highly recommend the Riad Kniza for your Marakesh stay ."

"I booked super last minute, late at night after my pre-booked Riad was, let’s say ‘sadly lacking’ I was charged over the package holiday rates given the above, which is to be expected. Great place, 95% relaxing. Jardins Majorelle were fully booked, but the hotel gardens are so like Eden I didn’t feel I lost much! Peacocks, Tortoises, BulBul birds, and a thousand and one Sparrows!"

The rooms are exquisitely appointed, terraces sizable and perfect for breakfast or an evening tea or cocktail. The staff is impeccable, from head to toe, and in manner and knowledge. Loved our stay!"
